Community Walking Program
Join Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s Community Walking
program, and work toward a healthier you. A regular walking program can help reduce blood cholesterol, lower blood pressure, increase cardiovascular endurance, boost bone strength, burn calories and keep weight off.
Enjoy a mile-long walk every Saturday starting at 7 a.m.; meet at the Promenade Trailhead on McBean Parkway (located in the same parking lot as HomeGoods).
